The Abdali Boulevard

Megatech was awarded the complete security surveillance system for the Abdali Boulevard. The Abdali Boulevard is 370 meters long and 21 meters wide, with buildings on each side. The Adbali Boulevard is going to be the new Amman downtown, it consists of retail outlets, restaurants, luxurious serviced residences operated by Rotana, in addition to office space http://www.abdali-boulevard.jo/ .

Megatech has installed the surveillance system which consists of a fiber optic IP network with GIGABIT POE industrial switches, there will be over 800 IP and analogue cameras, the mix of analogue and IP cameras over an IP platform gives the system extreme flexibility, the system will be controlled from 4 separate control rooms, 1 main and 3 satellites.

Also, The system is powered by analytics software which automatically detects a wide range of surveullaance situations involving peple, vehicles and objects.

St. Regis Hotel and Residence - Amman

The Audio Visual System for Al-Maaber mixed use for development - Amman includes the St. Regis Hotel and the St. Regis Residence.  The project is situated in the heart of Amman’s city centre, business district and shopping area, at an exclusive address with an extraordinary view of the most affluent district of the city, Abdoun.

Megatech's scope of work consists of providing a robust IP automated audio and video system which will serve the restaurants, meeting rooms, ballrooms, training rooms and the health center, in addition to back ground music in all hotel public areas.  A hospitality media interface will be included in the branded apartments.

In addition to the Audio Visual Systems, Megatech was also awarded the lighting control and dimming systems to the hotel.  The system will control lighting in all public areas, restaurants, lobbies, ballrooms, royal suites, health center, landscape and the facades.

 

Jordan Petroleum Refinery - Aqaba

Megatech's scope of work at the JPR oil and gas storage area south of Aqaba consists of providing a state of the art IP megapixel CCTV system and a fiber optic parameter intrusion detection system for the 1.8KM long fence.  The infrastructure which includes the civil work and fiber optic cabling is also part of Megatech's work.

Integration between the IP CCTV and PIDS is provided at a server to server level where all alarms from the PIDS are passed to the Video Management System in the control room.

Rotana Hotel - Amman

Megatech has installed and commissioned the Guest Room Management System for the Rotana Hotel - Amman, The hotel is situated in the new Abdali downtown area, and it is considered the tallest building in Jordan.

Megatech's scope consists of providing a room management system for 418 rooms.  The system will allow the guests to control the lighting, set moods, control of heating and cooling. The system will provide energy management to all rooms, based on the level of  occupancy, in addition to better guests comfort and better housekeeping services.  The room locking system is also part of the room management system, where an online locking system connected to the property management system is provided via the RMS network.

The scope of work also includes the back of house access control system, where the room card key can be used to access different hotel Areas.
